Gravure-printed pouches start at 5,000 pcs per design and printed film rolls at 300 kg. For market tests we can run digital print from 500 pcs - the unit price is higher, but there is no plate cost, so you can validate the design before committing to cylinders.

Yes. We send a free stock sample kit by courier (about 5 - 7 working days) so you can check film quality, zipper function and print finish. Custom printed samples take roughly 7 working days after artwork approval; a plate cost applies and is credited against the first production order.

Standard gravure orders ship 12 - 18 working days after artwork and deposit are confirmed. Digital short runs are usually ready in 7 - 10 working days. Peak season (August to November) can add a few days, so tell us your required delivery date and we will confirm a schedule in writing.

Yes. We supply a food-contact declaration and material data sheet with every order, based on FDA 21 CFR 177 compliant raw materials produced under ISO 9001 and BRC certified systems. Where your market requires third-party migration testing, we arrange reports through SGS, Intertek or TUV and send the certificates with the shipping documents.

T/T with 30% deposit and the balance against the B/L copy is standard; L/C at sight is possible for larger orders. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, CIF, CFR and DDP. If you have your own forwarder, we will work with them and provide the packing list and photos of the loaded container.

Yes. Send AI, PDF or PSD files at 300 dpi with fonts outlined plus your Pantone references. We check the dieline and bleed free of charge, return a 3D mock-up for approval, and produce a printed proof for colour-critical brands before the full run.

Absolutely. Roughly a third of our customers started with a single digital short run. We will advise the structure that keeps your unit cost sensible at low volume, then move you to gravure printing once your quantities grow.
