Bags in Box (BIB)
Inner bladder bags with fitment for liquids - syrup, wine, edible oil, juice and paste fills from 3 L to 220 L.
Home / Products
Twelve bag and film formats, all manufactured to your artwork and your filling line - serving the food, electronics, biochemical and pharmaceutical industries. Every structure below can be supplied as a stock trial sample before you commit to a production run.
Photo placeholders: replace each image with your own photography - the same aspect ratio keeps the layout aligned.
01 - Stand-up pouch
The workhorse of retail food packaging. A bottom gusset makes the pouch stand on shelf, while the resealable zipper keeps the product fresh after opening. We convert this format with or without a degassing valve.
02 - Quad seal bag
Four corner seals plus a flat base give this bag a box-like shape that stands squarely on the shelf and blocks light from every side. It is the format most often chosen for premium coffee, pet food and 1-5 kg bulk packs.
03 - Vacuum pouch
Co-extruded nylon/PE structures engineered for vacuum and modified-atmosphere packing. High puncture resistance keeps bones and shells from breaking the film, while the deep-draw seal survives the shrinkage that follows a vacuum cycle.
04 - Laminated film
Printed and laminated roll stock for customers who form, fill and seal in-house. We supply the exact web width, core size and winding direction your machine needs, so the roll drops straight onto the reel stand.
More formats
Beyond the four core families we convert eight further formats - including barrier bags for electronics and moisture-sensitive biochemical and pharmaceutical products. Send a sample or a drawing of any bag below and we will match it.

Structure guide
A quick reference for the most requested combinations. Send us your product and shelf-life target and we will confirm the structure in writing.
| Application | Recommended structure | Thickness | Why it works |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coffee beans & ground coffee | PET/VMPET/PE with valve | 110 - 130 micron | Metallised barrier against oxygen and moisture; valve vents CO2 without letting air in. |
| Dry snacks & confectionery | PET/PE or BOPP/CPP | 80 - 100 micron | Cost-efficient moisture barrier with crisp print and good seal strength. |
| Frozen & chilled food | PA/PE co-extruded | 70 - 90 micron | Puncture resistant at low temperature and stable through the vacuum cycle. |
| Long shelf-life dry goods | PET/AL/NY/PE | 130 - 150 micron | Aluminium foil gives a near-total light, oxygen and moisture barrier. |
| Pet food & 5 kg bulk packs | PET/AL/PE quad seal | 150 - 180 micron | Rigid flat base carries the weight and stacks neatly on pallets. |
| Powders on a VFFS line | PET/AL/PE roll stock | 90 - 120 micron | Low coefficient of friction for smooth feeding at high line speed. |
| Compostable / recyclable option | PLA/PLA or mono-PE | 60 - 110 micron | Supports sustainability claims; slightly shorter shelf life than foil structures. |
